Since it was clear that you will need a Templar to creat a guild, i was thinking about what will be the best way to get there and what the future will bring
DD? - Support? - Tank? or all of them?
The templar class occupied the 7th rank, probably the 8th and 9th rank too. So you will have a problem in gain enough dmg. Classes like Shinobi or Dragoon provides usefull dmg skills and classes like fencer and Doppelsöldner will not be satisfied with just one rank and if iam right the other necessary ranks for dmg classes will be also reserved for the Templar C2 | C3
So the best way is to support my guild and my party. Aiming for build that is reliable in PVP and PVE.
will provide you one of the important skills you will need.
Pain Barrier grants you a knock back immunity, which will help you on focusing your skills on enemy target like pierce or Arrest withouit getting interrupted. Bash and Concentrate will help you to deal a small amount of dmg for lvling up and grinding. Concentrate also will bring you some extra dmg in high levels when you focusing on you passiv ability. Bash adds a knockback effect - usefull for pvp
will make you a valuable Partymember.
With Swash Buckling you can simple gather all enemys in the room on one place. The Passiv will also Provide you some extra HP what will be indispensable when you pulling mobs from dungeons like earth tower and whats comming up in the near future.
while your mobbing and taking dmg, guardian and high guard gives enough time that the support can heal you and with Umba Blow your also able to deal a small amount of dmg and even stun your enemys in a AoE ratio of 2 whats fair enough for a shield.
will spice things up.
Synchro thrusting and Stabbing will give you 2 more dmg skills, for dealing medium dmg and with the spear shild combo you wont have to sacrifice your defense and you will get some space between you and your target. Also Stabbing increase your evasion for a short time and Synchro thrusting can be modified with strike or pierce dmg.
Finestra will take some of your evasion but also provides more def and Crit - you also can aktivate the passiv that will drecrease even more your evasion but provides you more range. If you have to gap close enemys.
Finestra can also be activated while high guard is running. this will boost your def and block rate for a short time .
will bring you everthing a Guild/Party needs.
You can repair the equipment - set up Spwaning points and even strengthen there attacks with maintenance and buff food.
Arrest will bring you a good overall root. You can use arrest on PVP targets / bossmonster and normal mobs - the passiv will also deal a 50% pysical defense debuff. You can root raging bossmonsters or just hold enemys in position while your teammates bash there face.

but my friend join his friend guild and also invite me to join, and now i dont have any reason to make templar.
so my question is what class u think i need to chose for r6 and r7? should i chose hoptile c2 and c3 or stay with squire? how about corsair for this build (for flag suport)? or the full con still good if i take rodelero c1 and c2? (planing to take murmilo for r8)

sure this is an good option but you will have problems in holding the aggro of boss monsters and also finestra will provide you more block

Its just i dont use much Umbo and Synchro Thrusting, since i use Arde for additional damage :)

should be repaired, idk, im Squire 2 already, im following your build, and so far i didnt find a good reason to use arrest, it just feels like its a 100% pvp skill that doesnt matter too much in pve, dont get me wrong, im not saying your build is bad or anything, your build is good for me so far. I just think that get arrest lv10 just doesnt worth,
id much rather get repair lv10 instead of arrest lv10.

for the most reasons lvl 3 repair is enough - ppl dont want to pay that much for Repairs and also with the 50% tax you wont earn that much with repair.
lvl 3 Repair completly repairs the durability and also gives a little bonus on top.
GvG will be 10 vs 10 and also in earth tower you want to have the 50% defense debuff on every monster you can find. Its pretty mad in combination with retreat shot
dungeon mobs can barely hit me, but everytime i have to tank magic damage mobs, im fucked, i suppose i
could taunt them and start running around, but my teammates just keep blaming me for this, okay, the point
is: is there a way to protect myself from magic damage? if there is, tell me.

Right - best Spear right now is the Tilly spear
And what can you do against a magic damage in a PVP?
you will look there for a Max Petamion and Glass bracelet also a sage wall will be a good choice. If you can handle to get your hands later on Earth Tower Equipment this will be the best gear for a Templar but hard to get.
I am planning to be an Templar, I am already peltasta c2, cataphract at lvl 116.
On this site it said that cataphract would have the attribute "learn one hand spear" but I cant use it...
Do you suggest me picking hoplite at rank 5 or continue with squire?
I am thinking about picking peltasta c3 and corsair (hook and buff) instead of squire c2 too...

In your Position i would skip completly the squire.
If you have skilled more Str you should go for Cosair and Hoplite this will give you a good combination def and range.
If you go for full CON try Cosair Peltasta C3 - you will go for more CC target spells that will help your team in PvP.
Also Cosair Flag will give you some more Party abilitys
I should have mention that you go in this Situation for weapon Swap -
If you have a 2h Spear and a sword\shild in your quickslot it swaps automatically
The Spear will bring you the needed dmg and the Shield and HP Sword def

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. I have to say that i'm following your build for my character, but with a few tweaks (mainly because i found it after a week playing).
I was concerned about people suggesting me to either focus on tanking (Get to peltasta cr.3) or choosing an advanced dps class like Cataphract instead of Hoplite. What are your thoughts about this?
Anyway, i became Sword1 Peltasta1 Hoplite1 and now i'm starting with Peltasta2. I like a lot the monster gathering mechanic of peltasta combined with the stabing of hoplite, so i hope i've made a good choice.
I had level up in the hoplite branch this skills: Stabing 5, Pierce 4, Finestra 5 and 1 Sincro Trust. I don't know if i did well or wrong, that do you think?

looks pretty good with that skill combination - iam 280 right now and grinding earth tower.
I used one of my stat reset potions end spend all my points in con und 10 Spr. Dont get me wrong the hoplite has no dmg purpose. The Finestra gives you 10% block rate and its much better then spending more points in high guard - when i use block if got 2900+ Block rate
what makes me complet immune to physical attacks. look at this.

Wow! That's amazing, i will end doing the same with higher lvls or when my guild mates reach me, cause for now i'm going for 4 str/ 5 con aprox. I'll focus now on CON and see how is going, and when i can, reset for full con.

Sounds like you had enough experience to tell this - my Templar is 275+ and iam doing fine.
tell us why "all" skills a picked wrong and what your experience with your Templar
but you will go for 4/1 Con / Str - this will keep you Tanky and the additional STR will raise your dmg and block rate. :)
i never had any problems with missing attacks, nether pvp or pve.
Accuracy of your gloves and hit of your spears is more then enough right now.
