buff skill gem i think it's worst if not Pardoner buff selling
my weapon have use Hanaming Gem and Corylus Gem
but if you have more slot can add Earth Shredded Gem for mess heal
if you need M.Atk weapon i suggest Red Gem because not have int for M.Atk
