This is a pure PvE fencer build for people who do NOT want to go shinobi. This is the prefered fencer build for end game now. Matador can also easily grab aggro due to capote.
Fencer is incredibly strong gear scaling build in R10. Fencer in general has a ton of multipliers and as a result it has a certain gear requirement as they need to reach a decent amount of Critical Rate and p.ATK before they deal good damage due to Epee Garde.

Why hoplite 3?
Stabbing lv15 with the attribute scales up to around 8000%. Now imagine prep, epee, and all the multipliers fencer has, it will make stabbing into one big nuke. 16000% and more without capping. As fencer3 is a stand alone class, there is room to waste 3 circles for stabbing. PIerce is also a very strong bossing skill.
How much Critical Rate is too much?
You should aim for around 600~700 Critical Rate. After that is it excessive and gets wasted due to capote and balestra crit resist debuff.
Stats:
Velcoffer/General stats 150 total dex, 100-150 invested con, rest str. Get at least 70k hp for velcoffer.
If you are geared with primus that has str/dex/con then go full strength. This is only for the most geared of fencers.
Min-Maxing stats. If you really want to min-max your stat then make sure your STR is divisible by 15. And also make sure your CON is divisible by 10. The reason is that every 15 str/dex you get bonus amount of damage and every 10 CON points you have you get bonus hp. (thanks Tekguel). Here is an example of my stat points
Equipment:
Top/Bottom/Gloves/shoes:
BiS = Velcoffer cloth set with kraujas set effect. You need to ichor your equipment of course. I would aim for at least 35/35/35 or higher. str/dex/con/spr for the ichors except for gloves get the saussis gloves. Ideally you want 52 which is the max but berthas is so much cheaper and caps at 44.
2nd Best = Solmiki leather set (7 piece). Fietas gives more crit rate but the 6+7 set effect + defense is too good to pass up. Solmiki makes you tanky and gives a lot of stats on top of that. It is not currently worth investing in this. Go for the velcoffer/berthas/primus/fietas.
3rd best = Fietas leather armor or leather berthas/primus for the crit rate. I actually recommend a mix of fietas and primus. Primus is more expensive and rng based though.
Note: you can mix and max fietas and hg armor and i recommend this. Fietas boots are great and so are ausura(ichor only) /fietas gloves.
Weapon:
BiS = solmiki rapier. It provides the 2nd most raw patk and the fencer +2 is disgustingly good. 6 more seconds on epee and etc. 2 green gems for Critical Rate. So with the solmiki change, Velcoffer has 500 more patk and 1 more socket but the +2 fencer is better than that. If you manage to get a +16 or higher then this is your end game weapon until R10 legend equip. If you do get a solmiki weapon then you can move Attaque Coquille to Lv2 (due to +2 fencer) and you can put those extra 2 points into sept etoile. You will also need a velcoffer dagger with solmiki rapier in order to complete the velcoffer 5 set effect.
Next best = Velcoffer Rapier. This gives the most raw patk. For the ichor i recommend a primus/berthas 380 with 3 green lines.
Need a temp weapon before solmiki rapier / velcoffer ? Get a primus to +11 or +16 trans 6 or so and farm up your solmiki/velcoffer rapier.
Offhand:
Lv 350~380 HG dagger: Priotize a triple green stat dagger. You want STR/Dex/CON and SPR is ok. Crate (crit rate) is nice too but its hard to get and its extra. Reroll a good dagger until you have at least 80 total stats on it. Primus is the best but you should aim for berthas if you don't have the money. If you are using a solmiki rapier then you MUST get a velcoffer dagger for the set effect.
Red gems into all of the socket of the dagger for physical attack.
Accessories:
Necklace: Nepagristasnecklace (with set)>Solmiki medal > frieno necklace > max petamion.
Recommended max peta as frieno is extra.
Bracelet: Nepagristas bracelet: (with set) >Solmiki Bracelet(with set) > Sissel Bracelet > Solmiki bracelet without 6/7 pc.
Attribute priortiy:
As usual, get everything to 50 first and level up all the passives. Get everything to 70 then start focusing on the skill highest on this list until you 100% it. Then move down the list.

11.Flannconnade (only leave at lv50)
Cards:
Red: 3 glass mole. Multiplies prep'd damage even further. You can get 1 froster lord + 2 glass mole for utility if you want. 3* Unicorn is an alternative for velcoffer only. 10% damage to dark enemies per card.
Purple: 2 Gazing golem + any. The 3rd spot can be Marnox (15 crit rate) or Mushcarfung (60 sp recov) or a 3rd gazing. It really doesn't matter
Blue: Nuaele for % mdef. You will need this to survive in current content.
Green: Ellaganos for more dex. Netherbovine is a decent alternative too. Linkroller for SPR if you are having SP issues (it happens and this is completely fine)
Legend card: Marnox. This is really expensive and its great but honestly don't bother unless you happen to get lucky and get it yourself. Adds 20% minimum crit rate at max level.

Matador 1 is actually not that good. Matador 2 is great. If you are dropping mata2 then you might as well not take matador at all

full STR is better than full DEX ? , I think if we can make our atk cri 90%+ we should go full DEX to max cri bonus unless we can reach to cap without critical. What skills you can reach to cap 999k, could you please share ?

Full dex is always weaker than full str in all scenario. Even if you can achieve 100% crit chance. This is due to crit attack not being in the defense log formula.
I can cap with any skill build besides stabbing, composee, faena, low skill factor stuff. Given prep, glass mole, and kraujas

You can even play this build with 300 ping. I play with 150-250
with glass mole : debuff /buff up > sp potion > prep fleche > fleche*2 > au fer > faena (jump cancel) > paso > faena > glass mole runs out > debuff again > stabbing > glass mole after stabbing starts > glass mole ends > anything, usually composee
Outside of glass mole its always spamming composee when its up unless you are bursting with glass mole

The fantasy library crit rate accessories are best in slot right now

Movement speed and aoe atk ratio are optional. I dont even use them.
Optimally you would have something like: 126 patk , 2200 hp, 18 crit rate. i use High patk + high hp
its 100% worth using. At cap it splits all your fencer lines into 2 lines. Both lines are 70% of your damage so it will deal a total of 140% of your damage.
Ex: Aufer hits 999,999 (cap) and with the offensive it will deal 999,999 + 999,9999. Assuming you hit way over cap. A better example is if your au fer does 100k. With the attribute it will do 70k 70k (2 lines) for a total of 140k damage
It is not, but I feel like it is a waste of the fencer r10 attribute as clones don't get it and they will increase the CD of your fencer skills. You can easily change out mata2 for shinobi but the builld will probably be weaker

Most of my damage is from my rapier, str is just added on damage. Stats overall arent a big deal if you decide to go full dex or full str. its like a 5-10% increase in damage. I can go full str because my armor pulls my dex up to 300

- im a bit confused about your stats. You say "Velcoffer/General stats 150 total dex, 100-150 invested con, rest str." and "If you are geared with primus that has str/dex/con then go full strength." but the image of your stats shows you went full dex.
- In the Equipment part what do you mean with "Crit, Crit ,Crit rate" and " I would aim for at least 35/35/35" ?
- i see you talk about weapong gems but what about the gems for the rest of the gear?
