Assuming Lv15 skill gives 15 levels temporarily, this mean that when you queue for Siaulai Mission at the Mercenary Post, you will be queued together with people that are 15 lvls higher and thus getting more exp in the process. Another useful thing is at dungeons, as you can sell this service to other players who are lower Level then the required dungeon, for example: If i wanted to get into the Lv110 dungeon, but my current character is at Lv95, i can have an Enchanter use this skill on me and i'll temporarily become Lv110 and enter the dungeon and get way more exp then i would in Lv80 dungeon. Makes you do dungeons at a more dangerous environment, but with more exp and silver as a payback. Awesome skill.
