Note also that stamina regenerate even when running, and the buff regen so much of it that at lvl 5 you stop losing stamina while running allowing you to use skills that consume it (not that wizards have many though)

The description is seriously misleading so I'll write here how the skill works:
Summons a cat that gives you 1 buff every few secs if you stand close to it. The total number of buffs is the skill lvl
1st buff is +1 AoE attack ratio/skill lvl
2nd is -10% time for each tick of mana regen / skill lvl (disabled if the devil is summoned)
3rd is increased stamina recovery (didnt check how much)
4th is + 10 magic def / skill lvl
5th is +10 dark property attack / skill lvl

The attribute "quick order" decreases the time you have to wait between each buff
