Objective: Talk to the Quarrel Shooter Master

Progress

The Quarrel Shooter says that he is looking for the telescope that used to be at the Astral Tower and has learned something about the whereabouts of its lens. Try finding the lens at the Miners' Village past the East Siauliai Forest.
Objective: Find a lens from the Miners' Village
