Out of 1000 anchor: 9 main gauche, 4 roxona plate armor, 4 roxona plate pants.
So main gauche around 1%,
Roxona recipes around 0.5%.

Respawn seems to be longer then mentioned 30s.It's more like 1:30 or more really.
