drop from black ridimed in gytis settlement area. Got mine in 6th kill. SUPER LUCKY :D

PROBABLY NOT TRUE: You cannot get this to black redimed. Killed 467 and still no Shade Hands recipe. I got all his drops except this theorized loot. you can refer to this link for evidence:
