Disclaimer:
- Fencers only truly shine if they have sufficient crit rate.
- Expensive to build since you need to have lots of crit rate for you to notice fencers' strength.

Now that's out of the way, allow me to introduce myself.
I'm Pendragon_ and I've been playing fencer ever since the game came out.
I play in [SEA]Telsiai but mostly just stay in town due to high pings and work location.

This build is for all around pve and pvp.
Stats : (Stats may vary depending on your gear.)
100 con, put the rest on dex.
But if you're just starting out, you may go full str or high str and around 100 dex since at this point, maybe you don't have funds to get crit rate equips yet.
Note: These stats are without buffs.
Skills explanation :
Swordsman
- Concentrate 15: With high dex, you get high concentrate damage that works like blessing.
- Bash 3: A way to CC or gather up mobs if you're doing pve.
- Double Slash 5: Insta-crit slashes(Can be copied by bunshin)
- Restrain 7: Another CC, situational-y useful.
Peltasta
- Guardian 5: -5% atk for +25% def is worth it. Plus, you get 150 evasion w/ attribute.
- Swashbuckling 5: Self-explanatory.
Corsair
- Jolly Roger 2: Used to aggro mobs. Get lvl 2 for the attribute
- Iron Hook 5: Greatest tool for pvp for swordsmen.(use chain attribute to make hook easier to land)
- Dust Devil 5: Good mini-CC that can't be resisted when it lands.(Can be copied by bunshin)
- Keel Hauling: Good damage if you manage to land the hook.
Shinobi
- Bunshin 5
- Kunai 5(Can be copied by bunshin)
- Katon 1 ( only use for invis )(Can be copied by bunshin)
- Mokuton 1 (great for gap closing and bind)
- Mijin 3 (you can use with Epee Garde and Preparation to wipe out mobs, this skill has true AOE, so anything within range, no matter how many, gets hit.)(Can be copied by bunshin)
Note: Leave 1 overheat on the copy-able bunshin skills when bunshins are out to prevent the skill from having more than twice it's normal CD
Fencer
- Flanconnade 1: It can block almost all p.atk-based attacks if timed correctly.
- Sept Etoiles 12/15: It's a better burst than Flash due to its damage attribute.(Can be copied by bunshin)
- Attaque Coquille 1/0: It used to be a very good skill, until they nerfed it to only ignore def that gives you around 10% increase in damage, leave at 1 or 0)
- Lunge 1/0: usually I don't have the time to use this skill. leave at 1 or 0)
- Esquive Toucher 1: Style points?
- Attaque Composee 7/10: Highest sustainable damage in the fencer's kit.(Can be copied by bunshin)
- Preparation 1/5: Only increase the level if you want the block memes.
- Flash 5: High burst but no damage attribute.(Can be copied by bunshin)
- Balestra Fente 5: -200 Crit resistance debuff if you land it on the target.
- Au Fer 5: 777777 jackpot
- Epee Garde 5: Fencer's steroid skill. Only works on crits that's why you need crit rate.

Attributes:
- Prioritize Attaque Composee, Sept Etoiles and Double Slash

Weapons:
- Solmiki Rapier: IMO it's still the best rapier in terms of damage, the only downside is it only has 2 sockets.
- Masinios Rapier: has nice crit rate and high bonus str, downside, costs a lot.
- Primus Raffye Rapier: IMO the most cost efficient rapier you can get especially if you can roll 3 green stats.
Preferably roll the following:
Str, Dex, Con, P.atk, Crit Rate,
- Black Horn: It's still good. If you can manage to get the mats easily, use this til you can get either of the rapiers above.
- Primus/Berthas Dagger: Get one w/ multiple lines and re-roll to str,dex,con,crit rate.
- Masinios Dagger: It has a built-in high crit rate, but I'd rather use a primus/berthas with multiple stat lines.
Weapon Gems:
- Green gems on both rapier and daggers. Hands down.

Armors:
- Solmiki 7pc leather set: Gives high p.atk, crit rate, evasion, accuracy. All main stats for fencers.
- Solmiki Plate Glove: For block penetration in pvp
- Basically, you can mix and match armors as long as you can attain high crit rate, at least 750 preferably.
Cheap Crit Rate Armors and Accessories
- 2x sissels
- lolopanther leather pants and boots or faded albinosas/kaulas leather set
- solmiki leather glove

Cards
- Red Cards:
For pvp, Instead of Glass Moles, I use Reaverpede cards. It's half what Glass Moles give, but it's active all the time.
You can also use Froster Lord Cards for freeze CC
- Violet Cards :
I used Marnox to make my crit rate reach 901
Kirmeleech cards to make my block penetration go above 500 while still wearing solmiki leather gloves.
- Blue Cards:
The usual Nuaele.
Need further tests for better substitutes.

Notes:
- Crit rate will be your main priority
- Dex will be better than str overall since it gives you attackspeed, dodge, crit atk(to compensate the lack of p.atk from str, hence for a high dex build, you really need crit rate to make use of the high crit atk), and block penetration(for pvp)
- You will always have +15% bonus damage from rapier mastery on ALL skills if you dont use a shield.
- Fencers only truly shine if they have sufficient crit rate.
