Hardcore Wiz3>Link3>Featherfoot Combo

The ultimate combo: 10 linked monsters gathered for 4s being hit by a Quick Cast's enhanced Blood Bath and Blood Sucking.

The downside of this is that this build doesnt have any casting skill, so it will not be benefited by the Quick Cast, only its attribute, which enhances all damage in 50%, will be useful.

Also, obviously, it will be a bit difficult to level up with 6 utility oriented ranks, mainly if you are soloing.

why take 10 levels of surespell? it hits the 15 second duration at level 5 already and we can just recast it when it is over
