I'm currently playing this character :3
Stats:
CON: 100 CON ~ 135 CON. My main objective is to tank for my team so CON is my main stats. U Should have about 15k - 17k HP ( and 20 ~ 22k HP at level 200 ) depend on your item and attributes. I prefer to have high CON from the stats and later switch to STR.
STR: All the point you have later ( when you think you have enough HP )
DEX, INT, SPR: This is not crit build for DPS, magic build or something like that so you dont need these stats. ( Finesta give u 60 crit rate alr. so if u need more u can spend a little point on DEX )

This build is for One handed spear + Shield
And my goal is to tank both physical and magical damage so i will wear Cloth Armor for magic resistant and also SP to spam skill if need to solo grind
Finally u still can switch to Two handed spear for bigger damage if needed.

In early lvl, u need to focus to Def attributes like Armor mastery + any attribute increase def or block :D
Later u can spend silver on Damage attribute for better damage xD

Skills Explanation
RANK 1:
- Thrust: Long cast animation, no cd but u dont have mana for this and this skill also not good later.
- Bash: Ppl said this skill is good but if u follow this build thats mean ur goal is create a guild so i think u play with friend. U can relly on them to grind at low lvl. So skip this skill to save point
- GungHo: Damage increase. U mainly focus to CON early so u dont have damage. Take this skill. Max if need
- Concentrate: Max. Later u upgrade this skill attribute and Gungho attribute. The bonus damage is MASSIVE!
- Painbarrier: Resistant to knockdown, knockback, Swordman bestskill. I almost go 2c swordman just for this. Max
( BTW: If u go 2c swordman, Max Painbarrier and refrain. Its fucking OP. Bash + Slow Volvo nerf pls )
RANK 2:
- Guardian: it didnt stack with gungho and dont scale good so why take this ? I take this because it give me def at low lvl and i need it cuz im gonna use cloth armor so im lack of physical defense. And also for the attributes
- Swash Buckling: This is why u take Peltasta. Max!
- Umbo & Rim Blow: Just for skill rotation. And Umbo better than blow. U can take Umbo 4 - Rim 1 or lvl skill like me.
RANK 3:
- Stabbing: Your first damage skill. Trust me u gonna love it when u got it. 1 point or max
- Pierce vs Syncho Thrust: Your point your choice.
- Finesta: Critchance + Blockrate. We fucking need it! Max! ( Its also have a attribute that increase your AoE. Fucking OP. Trust me xD )
RANK 4 - 6: Nothing to talk much. If u want to become a knight and ride a companion so do it like me. or you can swith co Hoplite 3c for damage or maybe other class.
RANK 7: This is your goal didnt it ?
- Summon Guild member: 4 point. Cuz u only have 5 ppl in 1 party ( include you )
- Warp to Guild member: Free warp FTW !
- Build Guild Tower: Max. U want to create a guild or not lol
- Reduce craft time & Battle Order: u have 5 point left. So your choice. Battle order if u need more damage or your guild dont have any class can craft.

Is it like we declare war and then we can use any of our character to proceed to the guild war? Or it is a must to use the templar in the war?
I don't know if be off-tank dragoon, or pure tank templar.
The other question is what about the accuacy?

I Have 40k HP
Equipment:
Grynas set + 2 Glass bracelet + Normal Amulet + Brandish + Aias / Element for 2 hand spear
Stats Point:
~120 CON
70 DEX
5 SPR
the rest STR
If compare with the Full STR Dragoon ( 800STR ) . i Deal about 2/5 of his damage. But have 3 time more of his HP ( 40k HP normal / 50k with Swash Buckling vs 18k HP )
Currently aiming for green gem to boost crit rate. ( May be 2 lvl 6 green gem )
If its not effective ( the crit ) i will reroll my stats to Pure CON and SPR
