I still need to have first hand experience the new stat changes myself when it comes to iTos, then from there I will conclude a good stat ratio. It's still early to decide, there will be of alot of factors to consider.
Mostlikely, if evasion build is still viable in PvP I'll still go full DEX, else if not I will end up with 1STR:1DEX, and maybe 50-75 CON.

it's because dragoon C2 have long range burst damage called "dethrone" that can potentially 1HKO, Lancer's burst needs combo and is only melee "crush + quantain". Dragoon c2 can play safer from a distance while lancers need to engange.
No, you can't move when u hooking someone BUT you can use skills.
First question , On Cata c3...why do you prefer put max point on "earth wave" than "doom spike"?
Second question , For hybrid (PVP/PVE) what is the best stats distribution ?
1.) Earth Wave is 'strike' damage which means it deals more damage on plate armor, many uses plate armor in PvP, Doom Spike is 'pierce', lancer have many pierce skills already. Also, Earth Wave is easier to land than Doom Spike in PvP
2.) It's been stated that this is strictly a PvP build, there are variation of stat builds stated in the official forums already. There's really no best stat distribution because, enemies varies also thats why, it falls down to preference. I prefer 3 and 4 just because I plan to maximize my initiate buff for block penet, thus no str.
i'm already put 55 point on STR...i must add some STR again or i must reset my char?
Btw what is a good stats distribution on CON?
