Appraiser's skill ability overview :

[ Identify ]
- Basically open an AFK appraising shop.
- As many player already aware, Appraiser's shop is the same as NPC's shop. But they're a lot more cheaper.
- This should skill should be more concerned on alternative AFK character rather than main character than you're going to use for something like ET or Uphill run.
[ Overestimate ]
- Basically a buff that upgrade sub-weapon of everyone in your party.
- Pistol, Shield, and Dagger are all affected by this buff.
- The effects equal to applying an anvil upgrade to the weapon.
- The amount of upgrade equal to skill level. (Skill Lv5 will upgrade +10 to +15 for example)
- Total duration is 45 seconds.
- By the way, didn't this skill have maximum 5 Lv? Why tosbase only listed it as only maximum 3 Lv?
[ Forgery ]
- This skill will memorized ability and stat of your Necklace and Bracelet.
- The memorized ability and stat will temporarily applied to the buff receiver.
[ Devaluation ]
- Decreasing target's ability and stat.
- The amount of decreased stat is depending on attribute and skill level.
- 50% Chance to successfully apply debuff.
- The maximum decreasing stat might be around 60%. (Attribute related)
- The attribute has penalty of increasing skill CD to around 1 min or higher.
[ Blindside ]
- Apply debuff to the target, in which will receive additional dmg from critical attacks.
- Also boost up your 'Crit Chance'.

Would you say hands down archer>ranger3?
I don't think it is a good idea for this patch to abandon Ar2.
But for next patch, I would say that you can abandon "150 Crit Rate" from Ar2 as long as you can compensate it by gears.
However, building such an amount of extended Crit Rate by gears could have been invested into something else such as Patk, in which should be more efficient.
(For example, you will need Lv8 Green Gems x2 into pistol instead if you want to build up the exact same amount of Crit Rate. By that standard, Lv8 Red Gems x2 should be more powerful than 5% extra Steady Aim)
Kind of.
I would rather say that Archer2 is required while Ranger3 is more like okay-ish if Rogue+Werewolf or Appraiser are not the choice.
