For you guys how want to make a monk for this skill
this skill is pretty nerfed right now ( 04/17 )
It was very good on the start of Tree of savior.

- Long cooldown
-slow & interruptable charging
-mediocre damage.
-no long change direction alowed

Laster time (second) = 1.5 + ([Lv - 1] * 0.5)

Tried on testing the laser time according to the level of skill.
My result is here:
lv1: 1.5s
lv3: 2.5s
lv4: 3.0s

It looks like starting from 1.5s, then +0.5s per level.
