Gems Can be greedy an go for Yellow for more crt damage or Go All green For more Crt's overall either one is fine me personally Green all day
You have total of 97% crt rate with ideal conditions ( Cleric divine Might And skill gems)
Now to further explain that greyhiem From the TOS fourms has postedd some offcial number crunching on crt

So in theory there is a cap on Crt rate because of the factoring for doing a Crt
critical chance =
(max(0, critical rate – critical resistance)) ^ 0.6
Unless you know the Crt rstance of every mob you can say there is an imaginary
cap on how often you Crt
We max oblique for the slow which is 6-7 seconds in theory with all 5 shots that's 30-35 seconds of slow which applies to targets an affects boss clearly the better choice and swift step is now a 4 minute buff so that's like free slow chance and can be used with running shot and not affect you speed or make you stop moving
Stone shot an stone picking Stone Picking you can stack the stones and store them for later use so instead of doing a roulette of how many stones you can pick up based on the skill points invested we go for the maximum amount stone shot each point adds to the stun duration at 15 its 10 seconds so in theory thats 50 seconds of hard cc which in PvP just means you removed some poor sap out of the game and sets up nice back stabs
We don't take caltrop or deploy passive scene you use running shot and burrow for positioning an possibly evasion for the % boost to evasion deploy passive dosen't do much and most bosses will just ignore the thing anyway
No full draw is pretty sad skill low damage and can't get the deceased deference attribute proct on anything you can't pin together so never take this skill
No feint because no ranger for the hidden synergy with barrage
Caputre let's you take tiles and you hold them to be used at your leisure any title of skill can be taken warlocks damage skills like frost storm or mass exersisim but when you use this skill again it puts them all in one title and each other tile taken is applied right on top of it but rotated 90 degrees so you can see what's all there
Vendeta is a good skill but hard to keep the Str boost which can be held at 100% up time long as there monsters to keep killing even harder to get off in parties but it can be done but there is no bleed in the kit to get the extra damage on the skill at 11 points it gives 55 Str to all party members and 32 second duration on the buff with a skill Cd of 30 seconds with 2 over heat charges
Evasion gives a small but short boost to evasion by 45-50% for 24 seconds it's not long but a nice ace in the hole should the time come for it o be used has a lengthy Cd so MAKE EXTRA SURE it's used properly
Lachrymator Blind can't attack and can do damage triple Foul ( the Damage it does is based off the skill attribute not your weapon )
Burrow Fun skill let's you become immune to single target no Aoe skills like archer an sword man skills can't hit you unless it's Aoe or magic you can use a few skill while underground like multi shoot an caltrops and a few other's not quite known at the moment but you can attack while underground like Knelling shot but no Crt but you can't easily be hurt
We dun take Tracking Hit because were full Dex which gives accuracy and attack speed so waste of points
Now a few skills we only take 1 point in mostly in bullet maker scene most of you'r damage is based off your weapon so we add most of the skill points to the Aoe skills scene we lack Aoe with this build
We can house more buffs so no need to be shy max the buff skills you can now have as many buffs as you want with no limits
Now i put the points in terms of what they should look like at rank 3 with the max skill points available to distributed so take them in the order you see fit
Your armor choice is based off preference and what you need but if you remove back stab an go for evasion you can go for more damage enchaining armor scene you have a % boost to dodging physical attacks
Need skill swap and have a dagger on the second weapon load-out and you can use back-stab and other skills that require a specific weapon stance to use them
When burrowed you can't be in dual gun stance an attack so have the skill swap an use it underground an you can auto attack again
Holy Bullet doesn't add an extra line of damage and scarment already adds holy property
