All the skills we take in highlander are stancless so you can take them with any load-out be it 1handsword.

Crosair3 for Jolly roger and Quick an Dead not so much iron and keel hualing due to the fact those skills are better suited for PvP and not PvE aspects. With the reaming points put them as you see fit. Do keep in mind there has been a changed made to even if you have the proper weapon in secondary weapon slot it will no longer allow you to use the skill if you don't have the proper weapon equipped.

Retiarius for CCing and dagger block.

Pull em in end it quick more skill based than anything so i personally lean on towards going full STR. If you want full DEX going Sword2 and Barb3. You want to run with Dagger out an Pistol on the swap and go pistol just clear some mobs
