Keep in mind that Falconer will be subject to a rebalance patch soon, most people call it a hard nerf. This is due to a variety of reasons, but most importantly, the Circling Attribute 'Expand' gets replaced.
These upcoming changes kill the Falconer from a Support standpoint, but increases it's personal DPS output and Quality of Life Gameplay drastically.
A lot of skills have their functionality reworked, which are already considered in this guide's choices. (In other words: Get Roost.)
Hovering stays kinda meh compared to SS, so maybe just save your points for now to see if you want higher level pheasant or circling. Don't waste points on hanging shot.
How to use pre-nerf: Call birb, Aiming, run to gather mobs, use Circling, look at mobs, press Triple Arrow 2x, mobs are gone.
120 DEX ; Rest STR - if you are poor but want your skills to hit hard
Full DEX - if you plan to invest into weapon, or simply love auto attacks (with running shot)
The skills I selected are sorta minialistic, my recommended minimum, keeping the upcoming changes in mind already. Feel free to save the remaining points or save them for later.
