This is an r8 and 9 class option with some quest unlock
This is a debuff and buff class with summon feature and an all around improved hunter/ appraiser not saying there bad choices but this combines them all into one

Wugishi Falconer Hunter Sapper Rouge Scout Fletcher( After changes) or anything with strong AOE

Rank 1 is pretty strong but more of quick debuff so classes like BulletMaker Mergen are ok not sure if mount friendly but if it is Hackapell and SR might be good

I don't like the idea of QS3 simply it's pure auto attack and if you dun go rank 2 you lack a stronger closer in forms of dps

The most popular builds will include Apprasior Falconer Hunter QS3 BM Mergen and wugushi

Simply Debuff and CC works wonders on DO-IT-YO-DAMN-SELF type of damage so anything with massive AOE or damage that can be done while you hard CC

Will be good in PvP at both rank 1 and 2 if going for PvP add appraiser


Best build for PvP is
Archer 1 Swift step
QS3 Running shot and tear down
Rouge 3
Max sneak hit easy back attacks with a cc'd target
Max Lachrymator lead them and hard cc them into this bad boy
Max back-stab
Max burrow
5 in Capture steal some titles for later to layer them right into damage traps

Rank 8 and 9 will be Fully devoted to Pied Piper and will be the star of the show 100% prob gonna suck in PvE but PvP you good

at rank 2 piper you can summon some cool lil creatures to help you fight not sure if it was mouse or rats but why not control everything lead lose mobs into growling so who cares about bad AI just stack that cc on cc on cc on cc bring out that falcon lower dat AOE defense sit back and let the boi bring in dat damage prob most expensive but prob hands down the coolest build with piper2

Seems like this will become a super popular class choice for most rangers not alot of ppl would go R2 because of ranger buff making Steady aim 300seconds at any rank so lots of QS3 Ranger 3 Bm1 Piper1

Also hunter 3 falcon 3 piper 1 but in that case idk about how well preemptive strike will work scene bird attacks on there own might lose synergy but not needing to call the bird back is kinda nice

I'm more than certain you can get beyond creative with builds but i aim to keep the star of build the new class playing around how important it is and going the extra mile for rank 2. So it restricts the builds to playing heavily on team-play or AOE class choices with heavy heavy heavy investment to really bring out the build. The only problem about this class is that ranger builds rank 6-9 your real damage comes from those choices not so much your early ranks so it's a bit hard to find a comfortable feeling build. But the rise of Hunter is on the way Growling and a way to lead mobs into is gonna rule all PvE aspects. Me im going the build you see here
