Probably The Best Murmillo Build Ever

Stats: 1:2:1 Str:Con:Dex.
No dex build is fine too, in that case, you can go 2:1 Str:Con for more raw damage.
Note that Rodelero has many skills that WERE 1-point wonders but the new attributes from murm makes them deal much more dmg which means investing more points into those skill will proof to be useful later on.
Explanation for Murmillo's points distribution:
Cassis Crista is a must.
Frenzied Slash maxed cos you wanna go in HARD.
Evade Thrust mostly for the bleed effect so 1 point is enough
Headbutt has +10% strike damage from its attribute so it will be wise to max this.
Scutum Hit has a chance to stun and 3 overheat charges. As such, it scored more points than Evade Thrust.
In my opinion, Murmillo truly shines when it can tank and bruise at the same time. To achieve this, you MUST have a good shield like Sage Wall or Aias.
