You will only be able to see the changed loot if the effect of "Clairvoyance" is still on (showing the loot of the monsters). If Clairvoyance's effect disappears and no longer showing the monster's loot, resetting will still occur, but you'll need to use Clairvoyance again to see the new loots.

If used on a monster with active Clairvoyance effect, this skill will cast a second Clairvoyance to show you the new loots.
