The level of Simony determines the spell level of the scroll and the cost of creation. In
addition to these spells an attribute can be learnt to create a Disi>eller scroll allowing
the user to remove Lv 1 debuffs.

For example a Priest having lvl 1 Aspersion using lvl 15 Aspersion scroll, does the Aspersion Enhance attribute is being counted along with the lvl 15 Aspersion?

Check Alvank's comment below or Vyne's mechanics guide for a list of skills that work with Simony.
On more info: cost for crafting, counting parchments, is 700 * Simony skill level (500 * level + 1 parchment per level).
Simony of higher levels - lv5 for example - can make lower level scrolls, however the cost DOES NOT go down.
Cure lvl 1 + Simony lvl 15 = Cure lvl 1 scroll
Cure lvl 15 + Simony lvl 1 = Cure lvl 1 scroll
Cure lvl 15 + Simony lvl 15 = Cure lvl 15 scroll
Please correct me if i'm wrong
