Can anyone confirm if the bleeding DoT dmg is based on the initial/base dmg of the skill, i.e. each tick of Broadhead lvl 10's bleeding deals 2063 (or a smaller but scaled dmg), or is it a fixed bleeding (or based on p.atk like crossfire's burn)? Thx.

@BrunoS3 If you still haven't figured out, it does the same exact damage as your start. So this includes Phys Atk + Property Damage + Attribute + Any other bonuses like Bows' flying bonus. They just don't critical.
