I see a lot of people saying "this is a nice and solid defense skill" - and I still can't tell how much defense it gives. How can it give solid defense if there's no info about it anywhre?

@bsides it doesn't increase defense, it has a chance to freeze enemies that attacks you, making it amazing in PVP and PVE
