I sincerely thought I was gonna stop using this skill way before rank 7 because obviously its dmg was gonna fall off. However, even at higher levels (I'm a lv 260 Warlock atm), it still is useful and has decent, reliable damage.

Dunno if that piece of info helps anyone but I felt like sharing @_@
