Can someone who has Deeds of Valor provide more information on this skill, post December 13, 2016? Does it increase attack power, or only attack speed? Do you have to get hit during the duration of the skill to acquire stacks or (as some people are suggesting) do you only need to activate the skill to start with max stacks? Does it increase only auto attack speed, or also the animation of your skills?

If the answers are:

- only attack speed
- have to get hit
- only auto attack speed

... then I feel confident in my assessment that this skill is bad for any class that doesn't rely on auto-attacks at all.
