Skill be like this
It's faster than normal CD makes it a good mix-in with Concentrate for a quick finishing blow against smaller minions.
It's a relatively small area of affect directly in front of the attacker, so it doesn't win any awards for AoE farming, but probably mixes in nicely for a super-tank max-con high guard block build where you're trying to lock up a larger enemy.
