Description

The skill says `may` armor break but its pretty much landed every time I've used it.
Great skill to take even if you just keep it at 1/5. You'll never have to worry about things +def buffing themselves again.

The skill does only strike once however, useable twice before CD kicks in.

@Naivety No, the debuff stays at 15 secs no matter the level. You only need 1 point for it.
