I been farming Myrkiti Farm for Control bracelet recipies and finally confirmed after 4 drops that this enemy drops Hard Verlis Pants every 90 kills as a DPK. My kill count for him is now 368/90 so well within the margin of error after 4 drops (1 was sold to the npc when I first explored the map for the first time).
