The respawn timing is 20 min (1200s)
and it spawn on one of the 3 location

Since the patch on 7/26/16 the respawn timer is now around 30 minutes.

1050 x 30 = 31500 minutes

31500 / 60 = 525 hours

525 / 24 = 21.875 days

but the DPK will reset at weekly maintenance... the fuck is wrong with IMC??? First Brandish, now this?

Kill number 13 dropped me a Superior Staff.

I was lucky(?) enough to get a shiny Large Panto Spearman spawning as my 100th kill; dropped me a Superior Staff with 8 to 10x panto horns. >->

I was able to kill this monster 1637 times before he finally dropped the spearhead. This put me at #1 on Klaipeda server. It takes a very long time if you are planning on trying to farm this one.

My total drops were 12 Superior staffs, 4 panto swords, 1 panto spearhead.

I killed it 1705 time
I have 4 panto sword, 10 superior staff and a lot of Horn but no panto spearhead or antler horns :/

Mmmm don't remember in which one of the areas but I killed this guy in one spot and it spawned again 20 seconds after right in front of me in the same spot I had killed it before. Does each area have its own spawn timer?

Killer 73, NO spearhead or anyother of the items except for the Horn. I also noticed that the one at north of Piece Field seems to always spanw in any channel within 5 min. While the other 2 are different. Only one of them appear per channel: while at some channels it seems to spawn at Levanda Habitat, in other channels it seems to spawn only on Valyma Sanctum.

Spawn time 600s, 3 spawns.
The spearhead is low drop with 0.1% or less.
You can get it killing 1 or 1000+.
