Would you give a hint which way pointer a clock in map when you got that recipe? I have kill more than 2 thausand and zero recipes, so I believe that item drop from same monster in same location like item Q drop from the same monster in same location, ty for the answer I hope....

For example, when I got item quest in 2 clock direction of map from location of the monster, you just kill that monster again and you the monster will drop that item again, I'm already try that.

@elreal I'm not sure if i get what you're saying but I got the recipe from venucelos at 10 o'clock of the map. It's at the area where it branches out to two directions, going to 2 o'clock(leading to the warping point to next map) or 8'clock.
