I know people craft this hammer, but I would like to add that I received it from the level 50 instance near Tenet Church. It came from the cube I was awarded at the end of the dungeon (I soloed it), on the third try of (one more time, 20,000s per try). I received Talt, the Shadowgaler Card, and the Five Hammer last.
I am using token benefits, as to why I received 3 tries, but the five hammer is in the drop table for that box apparently. I hope this is beneficial!
