Description Effect
* Nullify enemy attacks while near [Merkabah]'s wheel and temporarily gain the Holy property
* Increases the magical defense of nearby allies by 10%
* Increases SP consumption by 10% 		SP +10

It HAS a chance to nullify enemy attacks. I screwed up my whole build thinking that it protects from any attack. The chance is pretty low, though. I haven't seen it protecting me from any attack. And attribute is bugged or it's suppose to protect wheels instead of character ( it doesn't make sense, it already has durability attribute)
