Equiping 7 Lv10 Ellaganos Cards for 80 Extra DEX and leave last slot for utilities such as 1 Lv10 Manticen Card or 1 Lv10 Glass Mole Card.
Bracelets and Necklace are Sissel Bracelet and Max Petamion.
With this High DEX build, you'll have 252 STR (238+14) and 425 DEX (341+14+70).
Note that these stat can be enhanced even furthermore with Lv315 Weapons.
For Crit Rate Calculation :
Original Crit Rate from this Stat Build is 407 at Lv330.
Double Sissel Bracelet is what you really need for this build for additional 74 Crit Rate.
Also, multiple Lv10 Ellaganos Cards for extra 70-80 DEX too.
While you activated Archer C2's Swift Step (+25%), your total Crit Rate will be :
[(407+14+70)+(37*2)]+25% = 705 Crit Rate
With that much Crit Rate, you may invest the rest of Gems into something like Yellow Gems in Crossbow and Red Gems in Pistol for sheer Critical Atk and Physical Atk.
Note that you'll leave your CON to be very low with thess stat investment. (Around 18 with extra 14 from Max Petamion)
So, you need something like Virtov Plate with high level Yellow Gems in armors and pants for extra HP and Defense.
