[SR Alternative] Fletcher C1 Route

This is a private build.

This is a new revamped FleSR build.
Instead of taking Fle C1 in place of Ar C2, I change it into Ran C3.

This build tended to be more hybrid variation of RanSR build that would like to take a competitive stage in PvP while still dealing a reliably high DPS in PvE.

You'll no longer have Spiral Arrow and Bounce Shot from not being Ran3, also another less 5% from Steady Aim too.
However, you'll have a Broadhead Arrow for Easy Kill in PvP (beware of Blood Letting and Prophecy) and reliable DoT when Bossing.
Meanwhile, a Barbed Arrow will be your reliable filler against Cloth and Leather targets too.
Plate Targets? You have Heavy Shot.

Bodkin Arrow can be useful in certain situation too.
PvE : Erasing Tree boss's shield in mission and also Harpeia's shield.
PvP : Erasing Cryomancer's Subzero Shield.

Crossfire doesn't benefit your build that much since you already have the best AoE DPS in Archer skill tree, the Retreat Shot.

what is stats distribution on this build if i use it for PVE?
Did Fletcher C1 is More Better than Ranger C3 ? because i think Spiral Arrow and Bounce Shot is weak

For general play, Flet1 will be slightly better with Broadhead Arrow.
But for Pure AoE DPS, 5% extra damage from Steady Aim is powerful enough to considering Ranger C3. And it become even more powerful when combining Lv15 Steady Aim, Retreat Shot, and Krivis C3's Melstis.

Also, the real use of Spiral Arrow is to use it against a Full Draw-ed double target.
It can take down 1~2 300k~400k HP mobs in just a few second if you know how to use it.
But due to its cooldown time, it is not the main damage anyway.

For Bounce Shot, I can say that the only use is to gain mobs aggro when you're soloing.
