Hello guys! This is my first character on TOS. I'm also currently playing this character and would love to share my build with y'all!
PROS&CONS
The glorious pros:
☑beginner friendly
☑do significant AOE damage
☑attack from far away and watch monsters suffer trying to get close to you
☑ability to solo
☑play an important part in team as main dps dealer
☑stable skill rotation
☑viable for all end game contents
And here are some cons:
☒fairly squishy, screaming "I need healing!"
☒mana hungry, you will need mana pots

Lethargy [1]:
Decrease monsters attack and evasion. It does have a +20% damage attribute on swordman/summon's strikes and increase other spells' damage output. A must-have and should be casting on boss first before any spells.
Sleep [6+]:
The best cc you can have on this build. Helps you breathe and wait for cooldowns. Can be used in an emergency.
Magic Shield [5+]:
It can reduce damage received but it drains mana. Should be up 24/7 and really useful to take some damage if you're unable to dodge them.
Earthquake [10+]:
Got a huge buff with excellent scaling, you may want to put more points on this if you don't like using Energy Bolt. Plus the double damage with earthbound monsters is amazing.
Surespell [1, 5]:
The spell needed for Elementalist. The ability to cast spells under monsters' attack is godlike. This is changed to party buff with a fixed 300 seconds duration. And adds targets based on skill level. one point is fine with self-use. But if you want all party members(4) to have this buff, five points is needed.
Magic Missile [MAX]:
Really cool spell. Good CDs. Three overheats. niche. Definitely MAX cuz it scales beautifully with int.
Quick Cast [MAX]:
Reduce casting time. A combo support buff with Surespell for Elementalist spells.
This is changed to party buff with fixed 300 seconds duration and five points in will give you 50% cooldown reduction. Cast it with divide might give you 60%.

Master in Orsha
Electrocute [14+]:
Good AOE electronic damage spells to damage enemies in front of you. The nice damage that works like Magic Missiles. Ever since imc buffed this spell to 4oh and same damage to every mob it spreads, it is really easy to use and great for quick damage for regular mobs.
Hail [MAX]:
Summon hails from the sky for 10s. You use this first to freeze the enemy then use electrocute to maximize the damage. This has to be one of the amazing boss killing spells. Really bursty and high damage when you cast on large mob cuz you can hit it multiple times.
Prominence [1]:
A filler fire spell that damage enemy around you. A great one point wonder for a nice aoe to use after or between you do your main rotation.
Storm Dust [MAX]:
Another great CC aoe on elementalist, it provides slow with the attribute on.
Meteor [MAX]:
A signature and overpower spell in this class tree. Almost full-screen AOE that needs heavy channeling and put other wizard classes into shame. You might need to purchase flame ground scroll on the market to maximise your dps.

Master in Mokusul Chamber
Pole of Agony [1+]:
Staue-like spell that damages nearby mobs. I found this spell useful for destroying obstractes just like cleric's cure. One point is enough to bring the damage out as it has some good attributes. You are welcome to add more points on it.
Invocation [8+, MAX]:
Core mob clearing spell for warlock and imo one the best spells for farming and clearing mobs. This spell acts like a buff. When you kill mobs under this buff, the mobs will drop evil spirits on the ground and it will damage other mobs when they come in contact with them. 8 points are essential to keep this spell on all the time(60s). I also found it useful to have more points one it so you won't be pressing this spell every 60s as it gets really annoying. AND this spell also scales with %, so ideally you will want to max it.
Dark Theurge [1]:
One point just to have five spirits up and use it as a combo with drain.
Mastema [MAX]:
Crazy dot damage. Really need to max asap.
Evil Sacrifice [1]:
Niche spell that throws all the nearby evil spirits summoned by invocation to a spot and deals damage along the way.
Drain [5+]:
Absorbs nearby evil spirits to increase overall dark damage. Five points are enough to combo it with dark theurge.
Demon Scratch [MAX]:
High damage spell that summons big arm to deal damage in front of you. The aiming part might be confusing as you need to make sure its fingers are on the target mob.
