Double Punch: Now we can autoattack with a Skill! WOOTZ!(lvl 5)
Palm strike & Hand Knife: together? why? because this 2 skills have somewhat of a good damage but they are definitely not you'r source of damage but you use them more for the attributes they give, Palm Strike gives a good bleeding that does damage based of the emeny attack(maxed attribute durations it's 13, and it's a 15 CD skill, go figure(lvl 1). Hand Knife: Armor Break for 6 seconds BOOST for all the attacks!, but only last 6 seconds and CD of the skill goes from 15 to 21 with this attribute. so it's not a good source of damage(lvl 1)

Hey guys, my wife wanna do a Monk and Im searching for good guides to build one for her and I saw this one, but I would like to make some questions...

Since we will not grab Iron Skin, not maxing Mass Heal and I have no interest in maxing Sacrament, shouldnt be better to take another class? Maybe Cleric again for a huge boost on healing potential and Safety Zone blocks count or Paladin for another attack skill and two suport skill, one for constant healing and another one to rise our elemental defeses? Cause I really dont see the point to go for Priest C3 and dont take Stone Skin. Isnt that block boost even without SPR a good thing to have?

@feitsb I don't think that mixing Monk and Paladin builds would be a good idea because people choose Paladin for barrier and smite and yeah you can also have elemental resistance . A good support build for Monk would be Cleric2>Priest2>Monk3 or Cleric1>Priest2>Cleric2>Monk3 (if you want to get revive and resurrection early on) and also combining clerics heal and priest mass heal makes you a legit healer without investing INT and SPR because it is based on heal percentage. Also you can choose this build if you want because I've seen a lot of players picking this build Cleric2>Diev2>Monk3.

Making another post for skills rotation.
PvE:
- Keep Aspersion, Moonstrance, Blessing, Sacrament up all the time. Now if you are rich and buy Dainos you can freely use Stone Skin and Revive, but it is not needed. Just keep Stone Skin up with mobs, use Revive when you are in a pinch, especially when boss casts a big skill, those Archers and Mages will die like fly, trust me (and they told me CON is for noobs, LMAO) (prefer Stone Skin > Revive).
- Use Heal when low on health (how to use it is situational). Max Heal for panic button.
- Spam Safety Zone on big mobbing, and for tank on boss. Deprotected Zone only on boss.
- Resurrection for those paper Archers and Mages and they will worship you as their new god.
- When you are free of saving noobs, keep spaming your Double Punch.
- Palm Strike used when your tank cannot take it any more with big group of mobs.
- Hand Knife + Palm Strike on boss, occasionally throw your One Inch Punch cause why not.
- Only use Kamehameha with mobs when your strike will hit them back against a wall.

PvP:
- Keep buffs up same as PvE, use Stone Skin most of the time, Revive when almost die.
- Heal and Max Heal when low on health. Safety Zone when you are getting focused.
- Enemy close:
+ Hand Knife for knock back and defense debuff (the distance won't be too far) > run close > spam Double Punch as much as possible > when you see they are about to run away > ...
+ If the opponent is Mage/Cleric > One Inch Punch (this take around 1.5 second to reach them so you have to time it well) > they will be silent and their SP will be drained dry.
+ If the opponent is Archer/Swordman > Palm Strike (this take around 1 second) > they will be bleed to death, especially those YOLO no CON.
+ Finally finish them off with 100 Coin to their face. GG!!!
- Enemy far:
+ Simple, KAMEHAMEHA !!! > God Finger Flick if they are about to die.

@haikano Sorry if it seemly I am hijacking your build LOL, but I really love Monk and I want to contribute as much as possible. I think we can make a similar format like the top build with Gear Progression, Stat Distribution, Rotations and the like. MAKE MONK GREAT AGAIN !!!

After doing a lot of research on the net. I think that maxing Revive and Max Heal is probably better than spending all your points in Blessing. Pulling out 9 points reduce your damage by 35, but instead you gain 30% heal when die and and 6 % on Max Heal. % on health always scale better than just pure attack. For now you won't see much use of Revive but probably in PvP or GvG or high end dungeon, it will shine.

Additional information on Blessing vs Sacrament, it is obvious that Sacrament is better, 9 points will give you 28 addition attack and 28 holy attack (which add to skill) so Sacrament > Blessing.

Golden Bell Shield may be good, but the cool down turn me off.

I haven't tested God Finger Flick but people said it is bad. I am still wondering about this skill, but I would say it is better than putting points in Palm Strike and Hand Knife. From just purely number, God Finger Flick deals as much damage as One Inch Punch and you don't need to aim it like spear throwing skills from Hoplite. Personally, I think in PvP this is an amazing skill to pick off and finish off people.

@TuckTuck From the start i lvled strength up to 100 cause DEX woudn't make much impact in low lvls so it's easier to lvl up as cleric/priest then after the 100 strength i'd go 2:1 DEX:CON till CON strikes 40. lvl DEX till 200 and eveything else on STR. that's how i see it best. Best Regards dude :)

@haikano Yeap, I think that is ideal, since in early level you need no health. So first 50 level or so, put everything in STR, it won't be 50 cause you have some bonus points, to reach 100. Then the next 84 level 2:1 DEX:CON, till you max CON (40). After that level DEX to 210, cause you can't get perfect 200 LMAO. After that rest STR. @haikano This is probably a stupid question this I'm new to this game and builds, but what does 4:3 or 4:3:1 means? Does it mean diving the other stats by the main stats (4:2 INT:SPR example), or does it mean putting 4 points into first stat, then 2 into second stat, then 1 into last stat?

Yo, very nice guide. I think getting stone skin is definitely worth it, and also you need lv 2 Resurrection for the attribute. So Revive level 4, Resurrection level 2, and Stone Skin level 5. For Monk, I suggest putting 3 points from Palm Strike to God Finger Flick, since this is a very effective long range skill with massive damage.

@Maelis i've been testing the build (revive mostly) and after reading your comment and experimenting i think you're right, i've been giving revive too much credit and not to think it's not a good skill, the restore and invulnerability it gives are nice but , it's a safety measure, we can't be expecting to proc but we want it to be there for sure, and stone skin makes up for the lack of defense and lvls on heal, on the other side i wasn't taking the attribute in mind, and after seeing it, it has it's pros and cons: PRO: the buff is ALWAYS on which is great, CON: if it gets procd too early we have to wait more for the recast since it makes revive have 15+cd, but looking at it as it shouldn't be procd the PRO is greater than the CON so yeah, just sharing my thoughts acknowledging yours. Great advice i'll be tweaking the build soon. keep it up :)

Also the palm strike only need one in C1 monkz, keep ze points for c2(realz struggle when grind as c1 monk)

@neckie9999 Yours is a good advice braw, Saving those points wouldn't make a big difference in our c1 journey, but it would help us a lot in our c2, i like you already, i just thought of saving 5 for the energy blast but saving for one inch and flick wouldn't be bad. Though i'm always in doubt of the stone skin, it's true it's a good survival skill and the SPR scaling it's tremendous but since we don't get SPR in our build i'm guessing it would fall off later on, felt like it already was in lvl 150+ but maybe i was overestimating what i thought it would be, and underestimating what it was doing at lvl 5, and i liked how revive gave 10 sec invunerability + 50% Hp back, mhm, maybe a 5 / 5 between revive and stone skin would benefit the party more since with stone skin revive wouldn't be proc so easily, but if we get stone skin, it has to be all the way so it's worth. Ill be making some changes after some testing. Much appreciated keep up the good advices. :)
