SKILL CHOICES:
Archer > Multishot 10 and Swift Step 10 MUST, all other skills are personal choices.
Sapper> Broom trap 5 is your constant DPS skill, its the sole reason why this build > ranger 3 build on iTos. you won't really use any other sapper skills later in the game so all of them are optional and don't really matter.
Fletcher > Broadhead 10 for permableed, Magic arrow 10 for obvious reasons, Barbed Arrow 10 for farming and cloth bosses purposes, Divine Machine 5 because it's an important part of your skill rotation and it's damage scales pretty well, Bodkin defense reduction doesn't apply to world bosses, I don't know if this is a bug or not but right now its better to keep it at lv4 as the last 3 points of your build for the shield removing utility, Crossfire is a shit skill you can dump a single point on it if you want, does not hurt the build.

STATUS CHOICES:
This build requires high DEX(at least 170 no equips, that's about 138 invested points) for evasion and critical rates, +25% crit rate buff on swift step atribute and you're good to go, you can go anywhere to 30~0 CON, 15~0 SPR the build is quite SP hungry, and dump the rest of your points in STR, i leveled putting 1:1 str dex until i got too squishy and started doing 1:1 con dex

EQUIPMENT CHOICES:
You should aim for a virtov leather set, max petamion, sissel bracelet and a gladiator band
Your weapons should be a Karacha Crossbow for farming, grinding and killing beast type bosses, Isbality for any kind of bosses that aren't beast type, and medium sized mobs that are demon type, Maga Bow for any kind of flying creature, boss or monster, offhand weapon should be a Manamana, try to get lv6 green gems on all of those.
Lolopanther > all of that but thats pretty hard to get so we keep it as a dream
Good stats to have on costume hats; Patk, Crit rate, Crit Attack, HP, mov speed and evasion

ATTRIBUTES:
1h and 2h bow mastery
fast cast and crit rate on multishot
crit rate on swift step
broom trap revolution count
magic arrow enhance as high as possible
broom trap enhance at least 30

AND HOW DO I KILL THE BOSSES NOW?
Your main dps on this build is the magic arrow + broadhead + multishot for single target godlyness, even though broadhead can get "overwritten"by other fletchers just like wugushi poison, it still doesnt hurt your dps to cast it whenever off cooldown.
Skill rotation is broom trap > magic arrow > broadhead > multi shot > magic arrow > multishot > magic arrow > divine machine > magic arrow(if world boss is cloth type barbed arrow > multishot). rinse and repeat for guaranteed world boss drops if you manage to find'em with over 80% hp with decent equips (isbality + manamana at the very least). if you have a chrono 3 with you tell him to use Pass right when multi shot goes on cooldown.

HEY DAMAGE HERE IS PRETTY GREAT CAN I GO ET?
Since magic arrow has an Attack Count and a rather small AoE, Broom Trap's damage is quite negligible when compared to frost cloud or pole of agony, this build isn't very useful at Earth Tower, you can be carried to 5F IF and only IF your party has two ele3lock, one diev3druid and one cryo3chrono3

CAN I DO PVP/GVG?
No, dispeller negates your broadhead damage, maybe arena, and when bodkin arrow removes subzero shield, divine machine is actually a pretty nice anti-mage skill with the shock attribute so you have that going, I still wouldnt put my 10k hp fletcher on the arena.

FINAL THOUGHTS:
I was able to put that guide together with what i learned by experimenting with it and with the help of a shy guildmate who plays it for a longer time than I do and taught me pretty much all I know about how to play it.

ESCOLHAS DE SKILLS:
Archer > multishot 10 e swift 10 obrigatório, as outras são escolhas pessoais
Sapper > Broom trap 5 é a sua skill de DPS constante, é a principal razão que essa build > build com ranger 3 no iTos, você nao vai usar muito as outras de sapper mais tarde no jogo então elas são opcionais e não importam muito
Fletcher > Broadhead 10 pra sangramento permanente, magic arrow 10 porque é sua principal skill de dano single target, barbed arrow 10 pra matar mobs comuns e matar boss que sejam tipo cloth, divine machine arrow 5 porque é uma parte importante da sua rotação de world boss e tambem é boa pra farmar, o dano da explosão é de strike então na maioria das vezes você vai dar 10k mais de dano nesse tipo de mob e o dano dela escala bem com nível, a redução de defesa da bodkin point arrow não se aplica à world boss, se isso é um bug ou não eu não sei, por agora é melhor manter ela no nivel 4 ja que os ultimos 3 pontos da sua build sobram, ja que o nivel é o suficente pra remover escudos(reflect shield, escudo do boss arvore da siauliai, subzero shield no futuro), crossfire é uma skill bosta você pode colocar um unico ponto nela se quiser, não atrapalha a build.

ESCOLHAS DE STATUS:
Essa build requer DEX alta(pelo menos 170 pontos sem equips, o que dá 138 pontos investidos) pra ter evasão e critical rate, +25% crit rate buff no atributo do swift step e você vai critar bastante, você pode ir de 0~30 con, 0~15 spr ja que a build consome uma quantidade consideravel de sp, e todos os pontos que sobrarem até o 280 vão para str, eu upei colocando 1:1 str:dex até que fiquei muito papel e comecei a colocar 1:1 con dex, até que cheguei à meta pessoal de 20 con, voltei ao 1:1 str:dex até os 138 pontos em dex, a partir daí full str

ESCOLHAS DE EQUIPAMENTOS:
O ideal pré-lolopanther é o set leather do virtov, max petamion, um sissel bracelet e um gladiator band, suas armas devem ser uma karacha crossbow pra farmar, grindar e matar world boss tipo besta, isbality pra todos os boss que nãos sejam tipo besta e mobs tipo demônio, maga bow pra qualquer criatura voadora, monstro ou boss, a melhor arma offhand é a manamana, o ideal é colocar gemas verdes lv6 em todas as suas armas.
O set plate lolopanther, bow lolopanther e crossbow lolopanther, são todos melhores que qualquer equip que você tiver, mas são proporcionalmente dificeis de pegar então é melhor não leva-los em conta.
Bons status pra ter nos costume hats; physical attack, critical rate, critical attack, hp, mov speed e evasão.

E COMO EU MATO OS BOSS AGORA?
Seu principal dps nessa build é magic arrow + broadhead + multishot pra um dano single target godlike, mesmo que a broadhead funcione que nem os venenos do wugushi quando outro fletcher joga depois de você o dano dele que passa a contar não o seu, ainda não atrapalha seu dps usar a skill sempre que estiver fora do cooldown.
A rotação de skills pra world boss é broom trap > magic arrow > broadhead > multishot > magic arrow > multishot > magic arrow > divine machine > magic arrow (se o world boss for tipo cloth barbed arrow > multishot em termos de dano/tempo). repetindo esse combo, se você encontrar o boss com mais de 80% de hp e tiver equips decentes (isbality + manamana no mínimo) você vai garantir a caixa. Se tiver um chrono 3 na sua party, o ideal é usar o pass assim que o multishot entrar em cooldown.

O DANO DESSA BUILD É BEM ALTO POSSO SUBIR ET?
Já que a magic arrow tem um limite de hits e um AoE bem pequeno, o dano da broom trap é bem pequeno sem linker comparado à frost cloud e/ou pole of agony, essa build não é muito útil na earth tower, mas você pode ser carregado até o 5F se sua pt consistir de dois elementalist3 warlock, um diev3 druid, e um cryo3 chrono3.

Eu consegui montar esse guia com base no que eu mesmo testei e com a ajuda dos meus guildmates, um especialmente que tem exatamente essa build e joga com ela faz mais tempo que eu e me ensinou como causar o maior dps pela própria experiência dele.
