*Until you reach Rank 4 for PP Stun attribute, you will be playing quite aggressively as to risking yourself going close to the mobs while they can still attack you. Best to get a comfortable amount of HP.

This build good for pvp?
Kino3 is commonly known as pvp class. Meanwhile Shadowmancer kit (Hallucination, Shadow Pool) is really good that purpose.
I cannot give more opinions on that because I don't pvp myself.
Can I take Cryo3 instead of Runecaster?
If you don't like how lackluster RC is, then yes. Frost Pillar and Snowrolling are always welcomed in parties. I just felt doing my boss killer combo is weak without RC. I'm also attached to RC costume.
Shadowmancer C1 is not good enough?
C2 unlocks attributes that makes Shadow Thorn and Shadow Conjuration even better! C2 is a MUST!
Why 5 points in Hallucination?
The shadow does more than soaking damage. You won't get interrupted while charging skills as long the shadow is out. That INCLUDES knockdowns! PP+ice wall got easier for us! :D

Won't rune casting be difficult without surespell?
Originally, rune casting took 8 seconds. Then, it got reduced to 6 seconds, and now 4 seconds. I've gone through all that phase so to me 4s is not big problem now. You can make use of Raise/sleep to CC any mobs in vicinity before casting rune. Or simply teleport and find a safe corner to do so. It may sounds hard to do but with experience, the cast time is not a problem.

Why no points in Subzero Shield?
Personal preference. I find myself rarely use it.
If pvp, you definitely want this max.
********** ATTRIBUTES **********
Try to invest as much as you can on the 「% damage enhance」attributes primarily on PP, GP, Shadow Thorn, and Shadow Conjuration as they are your main damaging skill. Optionally on Ice Pike, Snowrolling, Ice Blast and Rune of Destruction as well. 30-50% is a good start. The following are the other important attributes for each classes that should be maxed.
Wizard:
Lethargy Enhance | Lethargy Additional Damage
*Increase Maximum Buff Count is removed as there are no buff limits now
Cryomancer:
Freeze Specialty | Rod Mastery | Shield Mastery | Weapon Swap | Ice Bolt Chance to Freeze (+Optional: Ice Wall Duration).

Psychic Pressure Stun | Psychic Pressure Focus | Gravity Pole Evasion | Gravity Pole Decrease Defense | Gravity Pole Focus | Magnetic Force Stun | Swap Shackle.

********** EQUIPMENTS **********
On top of having Ice Rod (Lv40) or Audra (Lv170), you may use another weapon with better attack (HG weapons for example). Just swap weapons when drawing ice wall then swap back for damage or to use shield. Another option is to enhance Ice Rod/Audra until you get Cryo2.
315 weapons:
Rod + Shield/Dagger or Staff?
Depends on your preference or playstyle. Use staff if you desire stronger attacks. Use Rod + Shield if you enjoy supporting your party and feel more comfortable with the extra defense.
*P/S:
I have stopped playing as of January 2018. This build may or may not work for the current changes happening in-game. Some skills may have changed and work differently. However I will keep this guide hopefully to update it when I return in the future.

Very versatile depends on how you kite and lure mobs.
Boss: Teleport (if have aggro) > Rune of Ice > Shadow Fatter > Raise (if surrounded by adds) > Ice wall > Hallucination > PP

Do you think Kino c3 is better? because the surespell can be useful for the cast of rune of destruction for exemple. What do you think? thx ^^
Hi. Focus attribute is unlocks at C3 which makes Kino3 even better. If you don't take Kino3, then Wiz2 is good despite people say it is a waste of rank. I've used surespell for a year with my old build. Super useful not only to cast rune, but to draw ice wall as well. :)
