This is a public build.

This is a support build that is capable of solo leveling up to 200+ utilizing Priest buffs, Aspergellum and Cafrisun Set to boost our auto attack damage.
With that said, I do not encourage solo leveling as a support because it is always going to be faster with a party. At least find a partner to do quests and clear maps with.
Stat allocation
Strength (STR) - increases min/max physical attack and crit attack. We don't want this since our damage comes from buffs.
Constitution (CON) - increases max hp, hp recovery, crit hit resist, weight limit and block. Putting points in CON will help you prevent getting 1-2 shot by bosses. You shouldn't try to tank because you're not going to hold aggro anyway. Keep in mind that it's very important to have good positioning as a healer.
Intelligence (INT) - increases min/max matk. The heal scaling is not good enough for us to waste points in this. More details below.
Spirit (SPR) - increases max sp, sp recovery, block penetration, magic defense and status resistance. This is going to be our main stat. The increased sp and sp regen enables us to spam our skills indefinitely. SPR scales with our Stone Skin, Aspersion, Deprotected Zone and Mass Heal. The status resist is really good to have. The magic defense you get from SPR is pretty much a free bracelet so it's not bad, not great either.
Dexterity (DEX) - increases accuracy, crit rate and evasion. We're not going to crit, ever and the accuracy increase is not needed.
Standard stat distribution should be 3SPR:1CON.
We don't take INT because the bonus hp recovery from Cleric Heal is negligible.
Calculated at maximum values for INT scaling (Lv.10 Heal without Paladin Restoration)
This is with 1 INT ((50+(107+1))*1.5)*1.3 = 308.1
This is with 100 INT ((50+(107+100))*1.5)*1.3 = 501.15
This is with 1000 INT ((50+(107+1000))*1.5)*1.3 = 2256.15
INT to hp recovery ratio is 1:1.95

Core skills
Cleric
Heal lv.10 - Restores 5% max hp per healing tile with a flat bonus scaling off INT. Healing tile count is 1 per skill level. Use this at the start of a fight, one on top of your tank and one on top of your dps. Healing tiles last longer than Heal cooldown.
Safety Zone lv.5 - Creates a magic circle that blocks both physical and magical attacks. Learn the "Safety Zone: Increased Range" attribute to increase the size of the magic circle. Take 5 levels in this for "Safety Zone: Block Count" attribute
Deprotected Zone lv.3 - You're able to completely remove enemy defense with this skill. Take 3 levels in this for the "Deprotected Zone: Enhance" attribute.
Divine Might lv.5 - Important for increasing maximum buff level by 1. Applies to every skill and affects allies.
Priest
*Put points in Aspersion and skip Revive while you're solo leveling, just use a skill reset potion later*
Aspersion lv.1 - Take this for the Chaplain skill "Aspergellum". I recommend maxing this for easier leveling and just resetting later if you feel like transitioning into more of a support. Don't cast this as a buff. The defense increase is good only if the players base defense is high. Only use when your party has Daino. More details under "Aspergellum".
Monstrance lv.1 - Only 1 point in this since the DEX increase doesn't scale with skill level. Use only if your party consists of physical damage dealers. Increases DEX by 30%.
Blessing lv.15 - Take 3 levels in this for "Blessing: Enhance" attribute. The damage increase applies to every damage line. *you want to max Blessing for the ktos patch*
Resurrection lv.2 - Take 2 levels in this for "Revive: Duration" attribute. You will hardly get to use this because your party shouldn't be dying in the first place, even if they do they usually just use a Soul Crystal.
Sacrament lv.1 - Take this for the Chaplain skill "Last Rites". The holy damage increase applies to every damage line. Adds a damage line for you and your party on auto-attack. Doesn't stack with itself. More details under "Last Rites".
Revive lv.1 - 1 second invincibility and 5% max hp heal per skill level. Use if your heal and other defensive skills are on cooldown and your party is in danger of wiping. You will rarely need use this but it is a very strong skill to have.
Mass Heal lv.1 - Targeted AoE heal, short range but has decent radius. Best used on a tank or when your party is stacked together. Always try to make use of it's AoE healing and it's faster cast animation.
Stone Skin lv.1 - Used to help mitigate physical damage. Block rate is 80 per skill level + (SPR* 4). Blocking is possible even without a shield. Able to block physical attacks that have crowd control (knockdown, knockback etc.) Magical attacks cannot be blocked.
Chaplain
*This is not a full support build because if it was you wouldn't be taking Chaplain*
Last Rites lv.5 - Damage scales off Sacrament. If you or your party members' hp fall below 40% (50% with lv.5 attribute) of your max hp, Last Rites damage is increased for the remaining duration. If Last Rites is cast while you are below 40% hp, you will apply the upgraded version for the entire duration. The holy damage increase applies to every damage line. Adds a damage line for you and your party on auto-attack. Doesn't stack with itself.
Lv.1 Sac - 12 holy dmg, 12 bonus dmg, 24 total
Last Rites - 15 holy dmg, 15 bonus dmg, 30 total
Lv.2 Sac - 15 holy dmg, 15 bonus dmg, 30 total
Last Rites - 19 holy dmg and 19 bonus dmg, 38 total
Deploy Capella lv.5 - You build a Capella that applies all your priest buffs (except for Revive) to your party members for a fixed duration of 10sec + 5sec per skill level. Only use if you really need to keep Stone Skin up, other wise you will need to recast all your buffs after it expires. Capella lasts longer than the buff duration but it doesn't automatically refresh your buffs. You need to walk in and out the Capella's AoE to do so.
Aspergellum lv.5 - *This skill only applies to yourself* Applies Priest skill "Aspersion" as an on-hit effect to your basic attacks. Does not deal damage when your basic attack is blocked or dodged. Aspergellum does not cast Aspersion which means it does not increase your attack range or attack AoE. Aspersion damage is 77 + 21 per skill level + SPR. Aspersion deals magical damage which means your MATK from INT or equipment (Mace, Rod, Wizard Bracelet etc.) will increase its damage. Adds a separate damage line for Aspersion on your basic attacks.
Kabbalist
Revenged Sevenfold lv.5 - Applies a buff to you, your pet, your Capella, your allies, your allies' pets, your allies' flags, your allies' traps and to everything that is friendly (maximum of 5 targets) and reflects damage received back to the attacker. The reflected damage comes in the form of 7 damage lines, each line dealing 100% of the damage reflected for a total of 700% dmg. Each damage line can be increased by Sacrament, Last Rites and Blessing (equipment that affect damage lines also work for Revenged Sevenfold). User nullifies the damage received. Only reflects 1 (one) attack.
Ein Sof lv.3 (take lv.5 for pvp) - Creates a magic circle that increases maximum hp by 20% per skill level (does not work with Linker skill "Spiritual Chain"). Works on yourself and allies (and your Capella and your allies' flags, traps etc.) This skill is generally used with the attribute "Ein Sof: SP Recovery" which substitutes 50% of the hp increase as flat SP recovery (think of it as an SP healing tile) for anyone who steps on the magic circle. Do not waste this skill for it comes with a very long cooldown of 60 seconds. Applies to 1 (one) person (or thing).
Reduce Level lv.3 (take lv.5 for pve) - Reduces the level of a targeted monster. Lowers their stats according to the amount of levels reduced. When you reduce the level of a monster with 100% HP, it will still have 100% HP but the base amount is lower. This means that even if Reduce Level times out and the monster's stats go back to normal, it will not heal the monster to it's original hp. Example, a lv.6 Chupacabra has 58hp, you reduce it to a lv.1 Chupacabra with 13hp. Once the debuff runs out it will stay at 13hp (unless it naturally regens or gets healed when it's out of combat, then of course it can heal back up to 58hp if left alone).
I've played this build to 280 and it does pretty well in both open world pvp and pve. I have tested two other skill builds while leveling and after reaching 280, having to reset my skills twice before settling for this final build. Max Sacrament, max Aspersion, max Stone Skin, max Merkabah etc. the only skill I have not used personally are Exorcise and Magnus Exorsismus.
