Main Combo from rank1-5
Joint Penalty >Hangman's Knot> Earthquake
The combo roughly can do every 15 seconds. This combo is Close combat since Earthquake requires close combat range.

At rank 6+
Joint Penalty >Gather Corpse

The combo become longer range but it is no longer AoE nor getting AoE extra damage when use Joint Penalty. However, it will hit harder as the class skill is in higher rank. (This is what I'm afraid of.... EQ might not stay as good as i want the whole game.)
