Entrance to Starry Town is at mid. No collections there as of 2019 updates.

For the quest "Location of the Metal Plate" well part, if you can't interact at the well, use the Mouse settings. Click the well and you'll finish it.

one quest of this map is missing... in Hanging Garden Site have one stone. so destroy them and will appear one boss. when you defeat the boss automatically you'll complete the quest.
