#4200 including 4 silvers, over 32 hours (Fri night to Sun morn with 1 sleep), one channel...
With the occasional passerby so, who knows if I missed one (or what the number started at).
I found camping the 5/minute at the bottom of the map to be easier than lapping the whole map. There are bonus red spawns there, although they don't call assassins.

#2285, without channel hop.
There was a patch yesterday, and I had ~170 kills before that. Took only one break to sleep x_x I was alone on my channel most of time, so don't think other people messed that number a lot. Should be around 2k-3k kills per channel to get it.
